Is Agent-WebmasterID really free?
Yes. Agent-WebmasterID is a free companion to WebmasterID. There is no paid plan, no subscription, and no upgrade required. You only pay external providers (like Anthropic for Claude API usage) directly on your own accounts.
Will there ever be a paid plan?
There is no paid plan today and no upgrade flow inside the product. If that ever changes we will announce it openly — we will not silently introduce gated tiers into the surfaces you already use.
How is Claude API usage billed?
Claude Code runs locally on your machine and calls the Claude API with your own Anthropic credentials. Anthropic bills you directly per token at standard Claude API rates. Agent-WebmasterID never sits between you and Anthropic.
Do I need a DataForSEO account?
No. DataForSEO is an optional enrichment provider. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster signals work independently. If you want keyword volume enrichment you can connect your own DataForSEO account and pay DataForSEO directly.
Are there per-site or per-recommendation charges?
No. Sites are unlimited within a workspace and the Agent itself charges nothing — for any number of sites, recommendations, or work packages.
What does Agent-WebmasterID actually do, then?
It is a free analysis and workflow companion. It reads WebmasterID Core signals, prepares investigation prompts and operator-ready recommendations, and exposes an MCP bridge so Claude can help you analyse — with operator approval required before any external action.
